Is there any waiting time?
We operate strictly by appointment, so waiting time is minimal.
How long does the visit take?
If you already know your treatment menu, please refer to the estimated duration listed for each option. For first-time consultations or when deciding the menu upon arrival, please allow an additional 10–15 minutes.
Can I visit without an appointment?
For same-day or last-minute visits, please call us to check availability. Walk-ins without prior contact may not be accepted depending on our schedule.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Some treatments require us to prepare or open medical products in advance. If a last-minute cancellation results in unavoidable disposal of materials, a fee may be charged at your next visit.
Can I receive treatment while undergoing other medical care?
This depends on your existing conditions and the type of treatment you are receiving. Please contact us through the reservation account or via our Instagram DM before your visit.
Do I need to bring my health insurance card?
No, your insurance card is not required. Our clinic provides private, self-paid medical services only.
Can I get prescriptions for oral medications?
Yes, we offer a selection of medical-grade supplements and prescription medications. Please inform us through the request field when booking or during your visit.
Can minors receive treatment?
Yes. A parent or legal guardian must accompany the minor.
Can I bring my child with me?
Yes. Please select "Pair Visit" when booking and mention that you will be bringing a child in the request field.
